Terms and Conditions

 

Friday 2nd December 2022 2pm - 7.30pm

 

Being held at West House Farm 21 Broadway Chilton Polden TA7 9DR

Vendors will have access from 10am for set up 

Vendors must clear up their space entirely at the end of the event unless special arrangements are made with the organizers.

Vendors must take their own rubbish away with them.

Stand bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers

Refreshments are to be served only by Js Bistro on site and other authorized stalls

Vendors are entirely responsible for ensuring the safety and legal compliance of the goods they are selling including hygiene certification where appropriate.

Any electrical equipment must be tested and comply with relevant legislation.

Any gas equipment has an in date safety certificate and is capable of being isolated.

A trained member of staff will be present at all times when gas is used.

All stand entry and exit points must remain free in case of fire.

All pitches are outside.

No gazebos or tables are provided; these are entirely the responsibility of the vendor.

The safety and stability of any gazebo is entirely the responsibility of the vendor; please ensure you bring adequate provision to comply with this.

You will not be able to park your car in the main car park; this will be reserved for guests; car parking is free but will be in areas designated for Vendors; you will not be able to move your car between the hours of 2pm and 7.30pm; one car only per pitch can be parked on site.

All Vendors to provide a written risk assessment.
