Refund Policy 

Tickets are non refundable, refunds will only be issued if West House Farm Cancels in the event. West House Farm may cancel the even if the weather is poor. Customers will be notified of this cancellation and via the contact details provided. We will try to give at least 24 hours notice, however this may not always be possible.
