THE GOAT SHED

The Goat Shed is home of CrossFit TGS. A large strength and conditioning facility with a strong focus on weightlifting. The gym caters for all abilities and has a range of classes available on a membership basis or drop in rates.

Anything gardening is available here. Focusing on reusing and recycling traditional plant pots and gardening tools, along with a range of flowers and plants grown here in Chilton Polden at the Old Farm House next door. All available to be bought from the gardening shed next to the Coach House here at West House Farm.

Say Hi To Our Animals 

West House Farm is home to many animals and it is open for the public to come down and see them. This includes, Donkeys, Red Deer, Alpacas, Sheep, Chickens, Goats, Pygmy Goats and more.

Whether you want to feel like flying or you just want to switch things up a bit, aerial yoga can take you to new heights. The uplifting practice is a great way to increase physical stamina and strength while boosting confidence.
